Project Management

At Noonen-Martinez Consulting, Inc. we use the five-phase project management process for all of our projects. This helps us build a picture of the project from who's involved, the work to be completed, budget, risk mitigation, tracking, and reporting throughout the project life cycle. Our experience with project management focuses on infrastructure, information technology, and transportation. Below are the phases we follow and examples of what could be expected during each phase.
