Infrastructure Compliance

We work with you to ensure your federally funded infrastructure project is compliant with the funding requirements and related codes of federal regulations (CFRs) for building, heavy, highway, and residential construction categories. Below are a few of the major compliance infrastructure acts required for federally funded infrastructure grants: 

• Davis Bacon Related Act  (DBRA) Compliance: to include compliance with prevailing wages, on-site interviews, certified payrolls, and other related requirements.

• Build America Buy America Act (BABA): enacted as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act on November 15, 2021, established a domestic content procurement preference for all Federal financial assistance obligated for infrastructure projects after May 14, 2022.  The domestic content procurement preference requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in covered infrastructure projects be produced in the United States.
