Pre-Award

You will provide project management for the grant application process. We will assist your team in developing a complete grant application. This service focuses on us providing a supportive role to your organization and the grant writer(s) on your staff to complete your grant application.

Post Award

We manage multiple areas within your grant-funded projects while you manage the remaining areas and provide project management. The areas we manage are based on your needs assessment. They can be a combination of two or three areas in which your organization needs additional capacity to manage your grant-funded portfolio of projects.
